1. Order Policy
- All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and confirmation.  
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.  
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are processed.  

2. Shipping Policy
- We offer delivery across Pakistan only.   
- Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.  
- Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.  

3. Exchange & Return Policy
- We do not offer refunds, but exchanges are possible under certain conditions.  
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within *72 hours* of receiving the parcel.  
- Exchange requests will only be entertained if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.  
- Customers must bear the return shipping cost unless the product is faulty.  

 4. Payment Policy
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD)
- For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. 

 5. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information is safe with us and will not be shared with any third party.  
- We use secure payment gateways to protect your financial details.
