- We offer delivery across Pakistan only.
- Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
3. Exchange & Return Policy
- We do not offer refunds, but exchanges are possible under certain conditions.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within *72 hours* of receiving the parcel.
- Exchange requests will only be entertained if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Customers must bear the return shipping cost unless the product is faulty.

- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD)
- For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
